FAQ's

Is there parking on site?
Yes on site parking is available minutes from the festival entrance, you can purchase a discount parking pass in advance or if available on the day but at the higher price

When will the set times be released?
We will release the set times 48 Hours before the event, please ensure you are following us on social media to stay up to date with the latest info!

What if I have a problem during the event?
To try to ensure the best customer experience we will be putting 2 help points in place, 1 inside and 1 outside the festival, if you have any problems, issues or complaints these will only be resolved if you report them there and then on site as most can be done so that you can continue to enjoy your day – we want to make sure they are resolved straight away so our policy will be to only deal with a complaint if it is reported during the event. formal for juniors

Where is the after party?
We have two official after party events going on so please ensure you check which one you want to go to before purchasing your tickets. No dress code but strictly NO ID NO ENTRY!

Will I be searched on entry?
Full searches & Metal detectors will be a condition of entry

Can I bring Perfume or aerosols?
Strictly no Glass can be brought into the event, perfume can only be brought in a plastic container or bottle and must be sprayed on yourself on entry, no aerosoles are allowed.
There will be a selection of perfumes and deodorants available at the merchandise stand

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No food or drink can be brought into the festival, initially we did say a small sealed bottle of water will be ok, however with the heightened security all these bottles will need to be checked and it can delay entry times, free tap water will be available at the main bar

Will there be cash machines available on site?
Yes there will be cash machines available on site

Can I come in and out of the event?
There is no re admission, if you leave the event you will not be allowed back in

Can I get in without ID?
This is an over 18s event, we recommend everyone brings ID, no refunds can be given for refusal of entry due to no ID if the security feel you look young

Will food be available at the event?
There will be lots of choices of hot and cold food available throughout the event

What’s the dress code?
Festival Wear so anything goes!

How to get to the site?
Once you arrive at either Hainault, Grange Hill or Romford Station there are a variety of options available that will get you to the Hainault Forest Country Park festival site

Uber rides which are available by using your mobile app.
Jump aboard the local 247 bus which is only a short ride away from the festival site.
Walking distance from Hainault to the festival site is 1.6 miles which is a 30 minute walk. To walk from Romford takes 1 hour 15 minutes, which a distance of 4.5 miles
